This bug is for adding a list of tasks that each category selects to our perfdocs page for mach try perf: https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/testing/perfdocs/mach%20try%20perf.html#categories

To see what tasks get selected we currently need to use --no-push, but we should make this available in our perfdocs. It will be similar to what we do for the task run-on-projects settings but in this case, we'll need to run fzf on each and every query that can exist (maybe we'll need to limit this).
